Geo & Respot fixtures.
STACS involves in Designing, Modeling and Drafting for Geometrical fixtures to the given automotive part as per the industry norms.
The services including the mobility of fixtures from the respot station to the Geo station, where the individual panels of the product that are accurately tacked in the Geo station are spot welded.
HEMMING FIXTURE
STACS has the capability to provide services from concept to manufacturing of fixtures for folding/crimping technology used in the automotive industry to join inner and outer panels.
CHECKING FIXTURE
The fixtures offered by us are widely used by the clients to check the assembly of automotive seats like the positions of the mounting and locating holes. Moreover, it also assists in checking the orientation of the mounting legs of the seat.
WELDING FIXTURE
STACS support customers in the area of production process where the welding or robotic welding is necessary. We help to build High-quality, accurate welding fixtures which determine the quality of the final product.
A welding fixture is used to position product parts for welding. This secures the geometry of the product parts.
Material handling and pick-place
STACS have very good experience in designing the material handling equipment which can be used as follows
Robotic process
A Delta robot may be installed at one end of the process conveyor area, and a SCARA (selective compliant articulated robot arm) robot at the other end.
The incoming conveyor belt transports unsorted material. Material is then picked quickly and accurately by the Delta robot and placed in predefined patterns at the desired location on the outgoing conveyor.
The deposit pattern is sorted by the SCARA robot.

Load Station:
For a work station, where all individual panels are manually loaded onto a table. This station normally has to be ergonomically cleared before finalizing the design.
Gluing Station
It is the station where a layer of glue or sealer is applied to the car part to avoid leaks between two joining parts.
Hemming Station
Hemming is a folding/crimping technology used in the automotive industry to join inner and outer panels.
Marriage Station
A station where the inner and the outer panels are married to form an assembly. This station is normally situated between a Gluing and a Hemming station.
Ex: Doors, Liftgates, Body sides, etc.Lock and Dock Station
A station where the Car part is held by a gripper and the complete gripper is located and clamped. Normally a Robot unloads a gripper along with the car part and operations such as stud welding are done before the robot picks up the gripper.
